Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry.

The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year. So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He’s won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.

Annie Callaway & Chad Elledge

Annie and Chad are the co-owners of Realty ONE Group Trifecta. What once began as a boss-employee relationship has blossomed into a strong friendship and an even more successful business partnership.

Annie Callaway is a licensed Real Estate Broker who consistently goes above and beyond. She embodies what a great Broker should be – she is sharp, instinctive, caring and possesses an extraordinary understanding of how to navigate the real estate industry to meet all the needs of her agents and clients. Chad is a licensed real estate agent with a deep understanding of the local market. He is always up to date on the latest trends and is committed to providing his clients & agents with the best possible service.
